Step 1 - Assessment
- You download the APEX Coaching audio file
- You record a video of yourself shadow boxing to the instructions in the audio file. BE SURE TO KEEP YOUR FULL BODY IN SHOT AT ALL TIMES - HEAD TO TOE.
- You send the video or a link to the video to me at [email protected]
Step 2 - Program
- I analyse your video
- I record a video response defining the things you do well and the things you can do better
- I provide you a written report including at least 3 train-along drills for you to work
Step 3 - Execute
- You do the work
- 14 days, 20 minutes per day
- Feel your improvement as the days pass.
But that's not all...
You can even send me a follow-up video and we can confirm progress.
And this is zero risk.
You pay nothing until you have received your report.
Only when you receive your report and you are happy with the outcome will I send you an invoice via PayPal.
If it's not what you expected then you don't pay...that simple.
