The MyBoxingCoach One-to-One Coaching Service is a real time, face-to-face experience where you and I work together in short, sharp online training sessions.
The MyBoxingCoach One-to-One Coaching Service is a real time, face-to-face experience where you and I work together in short, sharp online training sessions.
We make use of technology and create our own gym experience, geared precisely to your skill-levels, equipment availability and your personal goals.
How it Works
- We arrange a 30 minute slot and I send you a video conference link (either Zoom or Google Meet), taking into account timezone differences.
- On the day of our training session, you complete a 10-15 minute warm up immediately beforehand so that you are ready to go.
- Our basic session would be shadow boxing and heavy bag work. However, if you have no heavy bag that's fine, we can work drills too - we will be flexible.
- This is not a basic PT session. You will get a good work out, but our primary aim is to continually improve your technical skills.
- At the end of our session we spend some time on a debrief. What went well, things to work on, questions you may have.
- This is a specialist session available only to those who, like you, are involved in one or more of my programs.

- You get real time, 'as it happens' instruction and guidance from me to get your best outcomes
- You get input from me that is at the right level for your skills.
- You get confirmation that there is stuff that you are doing right!
- You get clarity on the things that you can improve.
- You get clarity on the priority order on which steps to take first, this benefits you by getting your results faster.
- You get a better technique, which means that you get better fitness outcomes from your training.
- You get personal time with me to ask questions and get direction for your wider boxing fitness regime.
What will it Cost
After our session, I will follow up with an invoice for a one off investment of $50.
This is no risk.
I am really confident that you will benefit hugely from our work together.
If the session is not up to your expectations, then you don't pay...it's that simple.
